ChiefMode operates 100% locally on your Apple Silicon Mac. Processing, inference, data storage, and context retrieval happen entirely on your device. We do not transmit your screen captures, OCR data, meeting context, or chat interactions to any external servers.

2. Cloud Telemetry

We enforce a strict Zero Cloud Telemetry policy regarding your application usage. We do not track the apps you use, how long you use them, or the contents of your work. The intelligence stays on your machine.

3. Waitlist & Website Data

If you join our waitlist on this website, we collect your email address solely for the purpose of contacting you regarding the ChiefMode private beta and general updates. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

4. Security

Because your data remains entirely local, security relies on macOS-native encryption mechanisms (such as FileVault). We strongly encourage adopting standard macOS security best practices to keep your device secure.
